REFUNDS
There are several situations eligibile for a refund request:
- Package unclaimed at the postal service or at the carrier access point. If a package stays unclaimed for a certain period, it will be returned to sender, and this depend by the Customer. In this case, it is possible to ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Order not shipped yet. It ispossible to request a cancellation and obtain a full refund.
- Package lost. After assured the package is lost by the postal service, a full refund will be provided to Customer. Refund will be completed by using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.
- There are a number of cases that L'Acchiappasogni jewelry may evaluate from time to time with Customer, communication is the key for a perfect transaction, so don't worry and contact us first, we will find the best solution for you!
RETURNS
According to law, Customer can ask for a return without having to give a reason.
Return is possible 14 days of delivery of the last item.
Ship items back within: 14 days from the return approval.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
It is also not possible to request returns for these articles:
- custom-made goods
- digital downloads
- sales items/final sales
Once the items are received, L'acchiappasogni jewelry will refund the amount of the items (excluding shipping) within a maximum of 14 days.
Shipping costs are due by the customer.
CANCELLATION
It's possible to request order cancellation until it is not shipped yet.
