These earrings are absolutely perfect for my wedding look! I messaged to see if I could get the earrings customized, using pearls instead of crystals. The seller was prompt in her responses, respectful and kind, and was accommodating of my request! She sent photos of the earrings to check and see what I thought of them. They were perfect and the pearls were similarly sized to the crystals — just as I had requested! She did not charge extra and shipped as soon as I placed the order! They came quickly and they look absolutely fabulous! I can’t wait!! I will note as someone in the US that you should definitely check into shipping pricing before placing the order if you’re balling on a budget! For me, shipping was $25 on my $56 purchase. The product is fabulous and the seller was extremely accommodating and helpful!
