REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS

There are several situations eligibile for a refund request:

 

  • Package unclaimed at the postal service or at the carrier access point. If a package stays unclaimed for a certain period, it will be returned to sender, and this depend by the Customer. In this case, it is possible to ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Order not shipped yet. It ispossible to request a cancellation and obtain a full refund. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
  • Package lost. After assured the package is lost by the postal service, a full refund will be provided to Customer.

Refund will be completed by using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. Refund is usually completed within 24-48h from the request approval. RETURNS

According to law, Customer can ask for a return without having to give a reason.

Return is possible 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 14 days from the return approval.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to request a return for this category: earrings.
It is also not possible to request returns for these articles:
